The Booking page controls scheduling behavior inside Avidra. Use it when you want Avidra to help move a customer from conversation to a booking or callback path.
Booking is plan-gated. If the workspace does not include booking access, the page shows a locked state instead of the full workflow. Available on Pro and Growth plans.

What you configure

The page also shows how often booking links were shared recently — so you can track adoption.

How it works in conversations

When a customer asks about booking, scheduling, or availability, Avidra can:
  • Share your booking link directly in the SMS thread
  • Guide the caller toward a callback path if you prefer phone-based scheduling
  • Use scheduling context in AI-generated replies to move the conversation toward a booked appointment

Example

Customer: Can I schedule someone to come out tomorrow? Avidra: Absolutely. You can pick a time that works for you here: [your booking link]. Or I can have the team call you back to schedule — which do you prefer?
1

Get your scheduling URL

Copy the link from your scheduling tool — Calendly, Acuity, Square Appointments, or any tool that provides a public booking URL.
2

Paste it in Booking settings

Go to the Booking page and paste your URL in the scheduling URL field.
3

Test it

Send yourself a test text and click the link to confirm it opens your scheduling page correctly.

What to monitor

Review booking if:
  • Customers ask to book but never receive a link
  • The wrong link is being shared
  • Callback expectations do not match your workflow
  • Booking-related conversations are stalling
  • The link usage count is lower than expected
Make sure your booking URL actually works and leads to an active scheduling page. A broken link is worse than no link — it makes your business look unprofessional.
If you change scheduling tools, update the URL in Avidra immediately. Old links will break and customers will get a dead page.
