Booking is plan-gated. If the workspace does not include booking access, the page shows a locked state instead of the full workflow. Available on Pro and Growth plans.
What you configure
| Setting | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Visit scheduling URL | The booking link Avidra shares with callers (e.g., your Calendly, Acuity, or Square Appointments link) |
| Callback scheduling | How callback paths are handled when a customer wants to schedule a time |
| Scheduling behavior | How booking context is used in AI conversations |
How it works in conversations
When a customer asks about booking, scheduling, or availability, Avidra can:- Share your booking link directly in the SMS thread
- Guide the caller toward a callback path if you prefer phone-based scheduling
- Use scheduling context in AI-generated replies to move the conversation toward a booked appointment
Example
Customer: Can I schedule someone to come out tomorrow? Avidra: Absolutely. You can pick a time that works for you here: [your booking link]. Or I can have the team call you back to schedule — which do you prefer?
Setting up your booking link
Get your scheduling URL
Copy the link from your scheduling tool — Calendly, Acuity, Square Appointments, or any tool that provides a public booking URL.
What to monitor
Review booking if:- Customers ask to book but never receive a link
- The wrong link is being shared
- Callback expectations do not match your workflow
- Booking-related conversations are stalling
- The link usage count is lower than expected
