Booking

The Booking page controls scheduling behavior inside Avidra. This area is used when you want Avidra to help move a customer from conversation to a booking or callback path.

What you configure here

Booking settings can include:
  • a visit scheduling URL
  • callback scheduling behavior
  • scheduling-related conversation behavior
The page also shows how often booking links were shared recently.

What this changes operationally

Booking settings affect how Avidra responds when a customer asks about:
  • booking
  • scheduling
  • appointment availability
  • callbacks
Depending on your setup, Avidra can:
  • share a booking link
  • guide the caller toward a callback path
  • use scheduling context in replies

What to monitor

Review booking if:
  • customers ask to book but never receive a link
  • the wrong link is being shared
  • callback expectations do not match your workflow
  • booking-related conversations are stalling

Plan note

Booking is plan-gated in the app. If the workspace does not include booking access, the page shows a locked feature state instead of the full workflow.
