Five steps to your first recovered lead
Create your account
Go to avidra.net/sign-up and sign up. The Free plan gives you 5 leads per month — no credit card needed.
Copy your Avidra number
After signing in, go to Settings → Phone Setup. Copy the Avidra/Twilio number that was provisioned for your workspace.
Forward missed calls to Avidra
Set up conditional forwarding on your phone carrier so unanswered calls route to your Avidra number:
| Carrier | How to forward |
|---|---|
| AT&T | Dial *61*[Avidra number]# from your phone |
| Verizon | My Verizon → Device Settings → Call Forwarding |
| T-Mobile | Dial **61*[Avidra number]# from your phone |
| VoIP | Set “No Answer” action to forward to Avidra |
Make a test call
Call your business number from a different phone. Let it ring — do not answer. Within 10 seconds, the calling phone should receive a text-back from Avidra.
If the text-back arrived and the lead appeared, your setup is complete. Avidra is now recovering missed calls automatically.
What to do next
Set your business profile
Add your business name so text-backs use your identity instead of a generic message.
Enable AI conversations
Turn on AI SMS so Avidra captures service details, urgency, and timing automatically.
Set business hours
Define open hours so callers get the right expectations based on when they call.
Set up notifications
Get alerted when high-value leads are recovered or emergencies are detected.
Something not working?
| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| No text-back after test call | Forwarding not set up at carrier | Complete carrier forwarding (Step 3) |
| Text sent but no lead in dashboard | Page needs refresh | Refresh the dashboard |
| Avidra number missing | Twilio provisioning pending | Wait a moment and refresh, or email team@avidra.net |
| Forwarding shows unverified | Wrong forwarding type | Use “Forward when unanswered,” not “Forward always” |
