# Dashboard

> Use the dashboard as the command center for missed-call recovery.

The dashboard gives your team one place to understand what happened, what is active, and what needs follow-up next.

It makes missed-call recovery visible at a glance — without forcing your team to piece together calls, texts, and lead status across separate tools.

## What you can monitor

## Key metrics on the dashboard

| Metric | What it tells you |
| --------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Leads recovered | Total missed callers that Avidra turned into tracked leads this period |
| Engaged leads | How many of those leads replied to the text-back |
| Text-back rate | Percentage of missed calls that received a successful SMS |
| Leads needing attention | Leads that are stalled, unresponsive, or require manual follow-up |
| Estimated recovered revenue | Projected value of recovered leads based on your industry average |

## Why it matters

When every missed call can become a job, visibility matters as much as speed.

The dashboard helps your team see which leads were recovered, where a conversation stands, and when human follow-up should happen — all without jumping between screens.

## Best practices

<Tip>
  Check the dashboard daily. Even a quick 2-minute scan can catch delivery issues, stalled leads, and missed opportunities before they become lost revenue.
</Tip>

* Monitor missed-call volume regularly so you understand when recovery demand is rising
* Review conversations to spot strong outcomes, weak handoffs, or common caller questions
* Watch for setup warnings — they indicate something in your phone or workspace configuration may be wrong
* Track the text-back rate — a drop usually means a phone setup or billing issue
